Acceptance of these website terms and conditions
The following terms and conditions, together with any documents and/or additional terms they expressly incorporate by reference (collectively, the “Terms and Conditions”) govern your access to and use of any content, functionality and services offered on or through https://wealthcast.app/ (the “Website”). You understand that the Terms and Conditions constitute a legal agreement and are entered into by and between you (“you”, “your”) and Wealthcast.
The Website is operated by Wealthcast, and you understand that by using the Website, you accept and agree to be bound and comply with these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Notice found at https://wealthcast.app/privacy, incorporated herein by reference. If you create a Wealthcast account, use the Wealthcast application or buy a subscription, our Terms of Service at https://wealthcast.app/terms also apply. For your account, the application and any subscription, the Terms of Service take priority over these Terms and Conditions.
Modifications to the terms and conditions and to the website
We reserve the right in our sole discretion to revise and update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Minor or administrative changes, and changes required by applicable law or regulation, are effective immediately upon posting. Where we make material changes that are to a consumer’s disadvantage, we will notify registered users by email or in-app notice at least 30 days before such changes take effect. If you do not accept a material change, you may close your account before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Website after the expiry of any applicable notice period shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. You agree to periodically review the Terms and Conditions in order to be aware of any modifications.

To the extent Wealthcast is liable to you in connection with the Website and that liability is not otherwise excluded or incapable of exclusion, Wealthcast’s total aggregate liability shall be limited to £100 or, where you are a paying subscriber, the total fees you paid to Wealthcast in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, whichever is greater.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions will be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions will be instituted in the courts of England and Wales, and each party irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts in any such action or proceeding.
You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to the venue of such courts.
If you are a consumer, nothing in this section affects your right to rely on the mandatory protections of the law of the part of the United Kingdom or the country where you are habitually resident, or your right as a consumer to bring proceedings in the courts of your home jurisdiction (for example, Scotland or Northern Ireland). The exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales as set out above applies to business users.
General
We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions to another organisation. We will ensure that the assignment or transfer will not affect your rights under these Terms and Conditions.
No failure to exercise, or delay in exercising, any right, remedy, power, or privilege arising from these Terms and Conditions operates, or may be construed, as a waiver thereof; and no single or partial exercise of any right, remedy, power, or privilege hereunder precludes any other or further exercise thereof or the exercise of any other right, remedy, power, or privilege.
